Returns and refunds

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from Suveni. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Eligible issues

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item. Please include your order number and clear photos or a short unboxing video. We will review the issue and confirm the next step.

Items we can’t accept for return

• Change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
• Concerns based only on a difference in screen colour or personal preference.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved after review, it will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please don’t send anything back until we confirm return instructions.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
